The client suffers from severe stormwater runoff during raining seasons. Patricia designed dry creeks connected to stormwater planters to manage the water. In addition an new fence and terraces with drought tolerant plants offer a display garden in the front of the residence. In the back yard a series of terraces offer seating and playing area to the very sloped setting. This project is being made while working in another office.
